#12 Listing Description

The listing description needs to answer any questions the buyer may have.

• How much does it weigh?
• How tall, wide, deep is it?
• What are the materials?
• How long will it last? (clothing, candles, food)
• How old is it? (vintage items)
• What color is it?
• Who is it for?
• Where is it made?
• Is it real fur?

If a question is not answered that the buyer has, they will usually just leave. Some may send you a message but most will not. Talk about how much the customer will enjoy the item, how good it will look on them or in their home, talk about how you were inspired to create it, talk about how it’s unique. The more you can sell the item and make it desirable the better.
