#14 Offer a Coupon

Your shop is up and running! And it looks fantastic!
 
The last thing you can do is to change your shop announcement for a short period to offer a great coupon code. Create a coupon that offers a generous discount and put at the top of your shop section. I like to start with GRANDOPENING.
 
Make sure that you do a fantastic job for the first sales you get (and all the rest of course…), make sure they are happy, ship quickly, resolve any issues with lightning speed, include a handwritten thank you note in the box, and then beg them for a few a week later.
