The about us section is fantastic, this is a great place for you to let your customers get more familiar with you.
 
Buyers on Etsy like to know who they are buying from and they love to hear a good story. Talk about why you are selling and creating what you are creating, why it inspires you, and how you enjoy using your own items. Make the story personal and relatable, and it will really help your shop out. Good pictures also make a huge difference. Add all the members of your shop and talk about each of their duties and a little bio about them.
 
Upload pictures of workspace or of you creating your product. Make sure to put captions under the images, captions are one of the most read things on any page.
 
Link to your own website, Facebook page, or your blog in your about us section as well.
